"Tha Untouchables
Tha Untouchables is a dynamic hip hop group from Beaumont, Texas consisting of three brothers; James Gardiner III aka S. Face Joker, Kevin Gardiner aka Tha Profit, and Donte Gardiner aka D. Prodge. Their trademark sound is unlike any other; with a flow that is edgy and melodically infectious, a lyrical artistry that is unique, effectual and universally appealing, and a captivating live performance that always bring the crowds to their feet. It is no wonder they have the presence and charisma of superstars.
Since their arrival to NYC in February 2008, their rise has been nothing less than impressive. They were picked up by Clear Channel for their single “Walk In My Adidas” which is on the playlist of several commercial radio stations in Texas and Virginia, and averaged a rating of 4 out of 5 by the top southern club djs in the country who currently have the single in regular rotation. Within four months of the launch of their myspace page, they garnered over 1,300,000 plays and over 14,000 friends which resulted in Tha Untouchables being booked for a 12 city tour starting in October 08. Recently they came to the attention of Adidas who is considering using the single “Walk In My Adidas” for their next add campaign.
Their current success can be contributed to the fact that they have been performing together and developing their craft for five years under the tutelage and direction of their father, veteran performer James Gardiner II. Prior to coming to NYC they performed and won many talent shows and in the spring of 2007, they became the opening act for the “Black College Spring Tour” where they opened for Lil Wayne, Young Buck, Mims, and DJ Unk. After the tour they spent the remaining time of 2007 recording over 30 tracks in preparation for their journey to NYC to follow their dreams of signing to a major label.
